FRACTURE
Psychological twists and turns through a fractured mind. A missing girl spotted with a bunch of misfits as suspects. Which of their stories should be believed if any? A host of vibrant styles both animated and live action - including 3D stop motion animation, rotoscoping, 2D animation and green screen technology that will concoct a vivid, intriguing puzzle that will continue well beyond your 2nd viewing.
SYNOPSIS
A young girl, Alice Lane, goes missing, the trail of evidence is nearly dead…a bizarre crime is going to take bizarre methods and an unorthodox approach to solve. The last person and solitary link to this case is Kal Wayne, a mental patient holed up in a psychiatric ward.
Detective Kane, a police psychologist, enters the psychiatric hospital & with the help of his medical minder, Dr Luminal, endeavours to get to the bottom of the case.
Kal introduces the doctor and detective to a whole host of outlandish characters who offer clues and come under suspicion: the un-usual suspects!
The psychologist sets out interviewing the other suspects, each in turn offering partial stories relating to the disappearance. Conflicting tales & questions about who is telling the truth arise.
After these interviews, can Detective Kane deduce what has happened with this mysterious disappearance of Alice? He’ll have to venture down a psychological rabbit hole filled with twists, turns and lies and make sure he comes out the other side!

She is immersed in the lexicon of her psychiatric field and doesn’t like having to dumb down her speech for DI Kane.

Bio: An idealistic, overpowering character. He’s a heavily religious bibliophile, The chariot builds himself up into a religious fervour appearing quite menacing and loud. He tries to talk over the detective using bible scripture as his argument.

The Hermit
Bio: A Wild, gibbering, fantastical, eccentric old man; The hermit jumps from introvert to extrovert and is in a permanent state of senility. After years of drinking, vagrancy & working in a carnival atmosphere he can barely distinguish the myths in his head from reality. His dithering speech and easily distracted concentration mixed with his tendency to go off on a tangent or lapse into silence disguise his general amiability.
A white/silver haired oddball.
